1-1 IN-PERSON COACHING
I offer 1-on-1 powerlifting coaching for all skill levels. I focus on people newer to the sport (have done 0-3 powerlifting meets) who want to be stronger at the squat, bench, and deadlift without spending all day in the gym. I work out of an awesome old school powerlifting gym called Hyde Park Gym in Austin, TX.
1 full hour of 1-1 time
Community lifts twice a month

I think it's safe to say we have built the best powerlifting community in Austin. I host team lifts two Saturdays a month at Hyde Park Powerlifting Gym from 9:30-12 PM. Come in for casual conversation, good lifting, and feedback provided by me in person.
We also compete as a team on a regular basis at local powerlifting meets in the Austin and San Antonio area. If you've been a little scared to compete by yourself, this is your opportunity to train and compete with a supportive, like-minded community that you will not find anywhere else in Austin, TX.
